Our Youth Academy is excited for our SPRING 2021 session!  Water Cities Academy is for kids who desire to take a step up from recreational soccer programs.  It is  designed for the following age groups:

• U8 Kids born in 2013 and 2014
• U10 Kids born in 2012 and 2011
• Special Note: 2010 birth years may also participate at the U10 level this spring only.

PRACTICES: We are planning for practices to be held on Mondays and Thursdays (5:30-6:45) starting April 12 (possibly sooner if assuming weather apermits).  Practice location is yet TBD (last fall we practiced at the Fox Valley Tech field). 

GAMES: Games will be scheduled on Saturdays May/June (except memorial weekend) in the Fox Valley area. Both U8 and U10 teams will play at the same location.  We won't receive an official schedule until just before the season begins, but you can expect games to have a start time between 8:00am and 2:00pm. 

• U8 plays 4 vs 4 games with no Goal Keeper
• U10 plays 6 vs 6 games with an added Goal Keeper (7 vs 7)

Games will follow the US Soccer Small Sided Game Guidelines. You can read more about those guidelines HERE 

There are some practical COVID precautions that will be required by our league for the safety of players and spectators. Pleae ask about them those precautions if you would like to know more.

Our Academy Fee is a very reasonable $75/session!

The cost for families to participate in our Youth Academy is the best around.  Our small fee per session includes registration cost, WYSA Insurance, referee fee's, field painting, and a jersey.  Players will need to provide only Black Shorts & Navy Socks (we'll take orders for socks for those that need them)  as well as cleats and shin guards.

What is the purpose of our Youth Academy?

• Provide soccer players, who have aspirations of becoming a more accomplished player, an avenue to test and enhance their skills.
• Provide soccer players an opportunity to train with experienced coaches.
• Provide soccer players an opportunity to investigate the level of play with which they are comfortable, how they fit in with other teams, and for which coaches they would like to play.
